Episode: The Dietary Supplements Access Act: What it is and How You Can Help
Featured Guest: Representative John Curtis
In July 2023, U.S. Representatives John Curtis (UT-03), Darin LaHood (IL-16), Brendan F. Boyle (PA-02), and Josh Gottheimer (NJ-05) introduced the bipartisan Dietary Supplements Access Act which would allow dietary supplements to be covered under flex/health spending accounts. This would promote Americans' ability to make personal healthcare decisions, support healthy lifestyles by modernizing the availability and coverage of vitamins and minerals, and recognize the valuable role nutritional supplements play in helping to achieve better health outcomes and promote cost savings. The Act is good for consumers and good for brands.
Tune in to another insightful episode of Radicle Perspectives as we discuss the Dietary Supplements Access Act, the current status, and what the industry can do to support this effort.
